Meet Amber & Nerida

Hey there, we’re Amber and Nerida, leading dietitians and nutritionists with nearly four decades of combined experience. We’ve honed our skills in translating evidence-based nutrition into practical, sustainable actions. We hold advanced practicing dietitian qualifications, Master's degrees in Public Health and Health Services Management, and certifications in Hormone Health and Plant-Based Nutrition.

Throughout our journey, we've collaborated with prestigious organizations such as the Victorian Department of Health, Nutrition Australia, Cancer Council Victoria, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Cabrini Health, Murray Primary Health Network and CSIRO, providing clinical patient care and shaping state and national health strategies. We've also run our own Pilates and wellness studio for seven wonderful years, empowering women to achieve holistic health.

Our Mission

We want to create a range of safe and effective programs for perimenopausal women and the families who love them. Putting women in the driver’s seat to nourish their bodies and find freedom to escape the diet rollercoaster once and for all. In doing so, we want to change the narrative of perimenopause in society, workplaces and in our homes, so that women in midlife no longer feel invisible but are able to step into their true power with confidence and clarity.
